WHAT TO EXPECT/ PAYMENT INFO
I try to make your experience as simple as possible throughout the process of acquiring your new puppy. This page is designed to give you answers to many questions, and help you understand the process of purchasing a pup. I know it can be an intimidating experience to purchase a puppy over the internet especially when you dont know whom you are dealing with. Hopefully this will help to ease some of your fears, and give us both an opportunity to get to know one another better.
Before a deposit can be placed on a pup you must contact me via phone. I like to talk with potential buyers and find out a little about you, as I am sure you would like to do the same of me. I do check emails daily and I will answer as many questions that you have through email or by phone as often as you like. I do NOT accept TTY calls, if you are hearing impared or speak another language I require that a close friend, family member call in your place with you being present.
Once you have decided on a pup a deposit is required to reserve the puppy for you. The deposit price is $200.00 and is non refundable, I accept any type of payment on the deposit. The balance is due NO LATER than the date the pups reach 7 weeks old! The balance must reach me by this date, NOT be sent on or around this time unless you are local and picking up the puppy yourself, in that case it is due upon pickup. For those that require shipping if the balance has not been paid I cannot book flights and it throws everything off and puts a lot of stress on me as I am forced to try to book last minute flights, and it is not possible to work with you on times and date for shipping if it is a last minute. If I do receive the balance by 7 weeks I can make sure that travel arrangements are complete, I try to find a day that works for you and its much smoother of a process. flights are booked and paid for on my end and the ship date can go forth without any problems. All you do is show up show your identification and take your knew baby home. As far as payments I only accept a bank wire transfer, money gram, or western union. If you would rather send a check I will allow that but I will not release the pup until the check clears the bank, which you know can take up to 10 business days. As I mentioned above the deposit may be paid by check, money order, cashier’s check or any other method of your choosing, I am not picky on the method of payment for the deposit. Under extreme situations where the above mentioned payment methods will not work for you on final payments, I may work with you to come up with something we can both agree upon.
ITEMS EACH PUP WILL COME WITH
Each puppy comes with a 3 generation pedigree, AKC Registration papers, and A 2 year genetic guarantee contract, stating that if a genetic issue arises in the first 2 years of the pups life, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange from another litter. The pups will be up to date on all shots, they will receive a well check up, wormer, and the health papers for the flight. As far as the registration papers I know how hard it is to find a pup that you will be able to breed if you so choose. Therefore I do allow potential buyers to purchase puppies with full registration as long as you agree to be responsible as a breeder and make every attempt to better the breed. In the event that I feel for any reason that you may not be responsible with breeding rights, I reserve the right to limit the registration and deny breeding if I so choose! Keep in mind there are many animals each and every day all over the world that are euthanized due to irresposible people breeding dogs.

It’s always fun to see how they are growing and to hear about mile stones they reach and fun things they learn and do. I am always available for questions or concerns by email, or phone. Don’t ever think that you are bothering me, if you have any concerns, please contact me immediately and I will be happy to take the time to resolve any questions or concerns. I want you to feel comfortable with this process. Believe me I have been in your shoes and I know it can be intimidating and scary to send money to a complete stranger. Hopefully we can spend time through email, phone calls or if your able meeting in person is also a wonderful way of getting to know each other to help ease these fears.
